Should I ask a potential attorney any particular questions?

Sure. You want to make sure that the attorney representing or helping you best suits your unique needs and expectations for legal representation. You may want to ask about their experience with previous clients (broadly), previous cases won or lost, fees you can expect, what the attorney might expect of you during a case, as well as many more questions that are broad in nature. These can give you an early sense as to whether an attorney does or does not meet your needs, and you can move forward from there.

I solicited Peck Ritchey, LLC for assistance with a living trust for which I became the beneficiary. I needed assistance with understanding the details of how it all worked.
